Saturday Morning Outdoor Freedom Fitness

These cardio based sessions are for gals and guys who want to build their confidence with running while experiencing different styles of training with an experienced coach. We mix the session up with ALL body bootcamp style sessions. Using body weight for toning, strengthening and conditioning.
There will be NO long runs where ppl will get left behind! We train in spaces that are most inclusive for the whole group. We aim for our sessions to be for ALL fitness levels.

Meeting Every Saturday- 8.30am- 9.30am - Shaws Bridge, Belfast (carpark beside playpark)

£5 payasgo or (£45 for 10 sessions which can be used also at Thursday night Freedom Circuits)
