Freedom Runners

These running based sessions are for gals and guys who want to build their confidence with running while experiencing different styles of training with an experienced coach, using various training principles including {interval runs, hill runs, all terrain, speed endurance, strength work and lots of little extra techniques to make it fun and unique} 
There will be NO long runs where ppl will get left behind! We train in spaces that are most inclusive for the whole group, never leaving anyone behind. We aim for our sessions to be for ALL fitness levels.
We have adventures and challenges planned as our crew build their confidence and fitness and even excited to get a Freedom Runners Retreat scheduled!

Meeting Every Sunday- 8.30am- 9.30am - Shaws Bridge, Belfast (carpark beside playpark)

£5 payasgo or (£45 for 10 sessions which can be used also at Freedom Circuits)
