With 10 years experience he will assess your mountain bike skills and lead you along trails that suit your level. Tim always seeks to find stunning views at fun and exhilarating forestry locations. Along with improving your mountain biking skills and cardiovascular riding fitness, you will also be taught how to check your bike over before a ride and learn trailside maintenance skills that will help when caring for your bike in the future.
Return back to base for a nutritious 2 course meal, designed specifically to aid post training recovery and ready for the wind down to bed. An evening of OPTIONAL relaxing Pilates session will help stretch and recover those tired bodies.
